Lisa is a senior researcher and founding staff member of the CEC. She thinks that communicators are the coolest professionals around and loves talking with them about internal communication issues—from the business value of dialogue to the under-tapped goldmine that is the corporate intranet. In her down time, Lisa enjoys standing on her head in yoga class, tinkering with her 100-year-old condo, and reading books by flow guru Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (in small part because his last name is harder to pronounce than hers).
